Each purchase includes one examination attempt and up to two appointment bookings. Missing both appointments closes the order and forfeits the payment unless HIU grants an exception. Institution cancellations do not consume a booking. You need stable Internet, a camera, microphone, Zoom and a passport or driver’s license. S4 normally lasts 15–20 minutes. S3 includes additional listening tasks. Results are published after administrative approval. S3 competencies are scored and expire separately.
